Deposits, Cancellation Policy & Other Fee Based Policies

Wait Policy: Local pick-ups and airport arrivals (applies to all vehicles):

– 15 minute complimentary wait on residential, office and hotel pick-ups
– 30 minute complimentary wait on all domestic arrivals from gate arrival time
– 60 minute complimentary wait on all international arrivals from gate arrival time
– $25.00 in 15 minute increments applicable once wait time is exceeded

Extra Stop Policy:

– $20.00 per additional stop within a reasonable distance of the original route.
– A different amount may be applied on a case by case basis.

No show / Cancelled On Site Policy:

– Service charges are billed the full amount quoted

Deposits & Cancellation Policies: Local Airport Transfers & Point-to-Point Services(Bus transfers excluded)

– Deposits are required
– Late cancellation policy
– Within 3 hours of the scheduled service time
– Billed at 100% of full service charge amount

Deposits & Cancellation Policies: Hourly Rentals & Bus Transfers (applies to all vehicles)

– Deposits are required: 50% of the total amount quoted is required to secure services
– Cancellations within 15 business days policy: Deposit is Non-Refundable
– Cancellations within 3 business days policy: Client is billed for the full contract amount
Charges are applied to the credit card on file or invoiced to direct bill accounts. Deposits are applied towards the total balance due.

Contract Obligations

The person booking a reservation with Michaels Limousine Service  acknowledges he/she has read our terms and conditions listed above and is the authorized purchaser for this rental agreement, the authorized cardholder for the given credit card and/or responsible party liable for payment of the total amount due. No personal checks accepted.

I understand and agree to pay for any and all damages my party may cause Michaels Limousine Service . I also agree to the above Terms and Conditions. I understand and agree to pay the deposit and/or entire contract price based on the terms of the cancellation policy. Michael Limousine Service  reserves the right to charge the full contract amount 24 hours prior to the date of service.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, signing and providing your credit card information, you are authorizing  Michaels Limousine Service to charge your credit card for any of the following charges: deposit, all services rendered, and any damages done to the vehicle. Any overtime hours or fees as a result of damage to the vehicle will be calculated and billed within 24 hours of the completion of the service.

I am satisfied with the terms and conditions above and fully understand and agree. If, for any reasons, I am not fully satisfied with the services I receive, I have 24 hours after the completion of the job to notify  Michaels Limousine  Service and file a complaint in writing. If  Michaels Limousine Service  does not receive my written complaint in the above stated time frame, I agree that there is no valid complaint and I am fully satisfied with the services I received and will not file any complaint against Michaels Limousine Service  with any official bureaus or online consumer website. The purchaser will be contacted within 72 hours of the complaint to address concerns in an effort to settle the matter.

All reservations are issued confirmation numbers and are sent electronically to the email provided by the contract holder.
